Mission Statement

C4EO is a non-profit organization based in Walnut Creek, California.

Over the years, C4EO students have often performed throughout the Bay Area promoting Chinese culture. The members range in age from kindergarteners to college students.

The teachers of C4EO were trained in the most prestigious dance academic institutions in Peking, China. For the youngest group, we also have instructors who have been trained within this organization since Junior I and are now mentors for the new generation of youngsters. The goals of C4EO are three fold:

  • First is to ensure that our children have the best learning environment and opportunities to appreciate the beautiful and colorful Chinese artistry.

  • Secondly is to promote the Chinese Community in the Bay area;

  • and ultimately, to let the children build the self-confidence through public appearance and enjoy the rich Chinese heritage
